The Shiva temple is also known as “Rani Temple” or “Maharani Temple”, is situated on a small hillock in the center of Gulmarg. The temple became famous when the Bollywood number “Jai Jai Shiva Shanker” was shot here in the early 1970s featuring Rajesh Khanna.

We will be taking two phases i.e Phase 1 Gulmarg to Kongdoori and Phase 2 Kongdoori to Apharwat Peak. Once you reach the top, the sight is worth capturing. Those who are in the mood for some fun can also try their hands on skiing.
